We strive to be a catalyst for change. We work to ensure that grassroots organizations led by passionate, dedicated individuals are empowered with the resources and support they need to amplify their impact as they serve children and their families.

Our mission is to empower grassroots organizations by strengthening the leaders behind them through grants, promotional resources, and capacity-building support. By supporting these leaders—many of whom are over the age of 50—we deepen our understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face, informing how we design and deliver support.
